The Royal Tunbridge Wells Building Company is a family building firm — Vince Tarling runs the jobs, with Marcus and Karen Tarling alongside him in the business. It was incorporated in 2010 and has been serving Kent and Sussex ever since.
One firm, many trades
Most building projects need more than one trade — and that's exactly how the firm is set up. Renovations, extensions, roofing and flat roofs, kitchens and bathrooms, groundwork, garages, doors and windows, plumbing, carpentry, brickwork and painting: the same family team carries the job from first dig to final decoration, so the standard never changes hands.
The guttering specialists
Our speciality sets us apart: we manufacture seamless aluminium guttering in-house and install it ourselves, alongside fascias, soffits and the full roofline. It's the kind of niche capability most local builders have to buy in — we make it.
